Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Labor Distribution. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS) of Oracle Labor Distribution.
