Insecure permissions for the serverconfig registry key (under JavaSoft\Prefs\de\igel\rm\config in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE) allow an unprivileged local attacker to read the encrypted dbuser and dbpassword values for the UMS superuser.
