    Summary: Missing permission checks in Jenkins XebiaLabs XL Release Plugin allow enumerating credentials IDs

    Details: XebiaLabs XL Release Plugin 22.0.0 and earlier does not perform permission checks in several HTTP endpoints. This allows attackers with Overall/Read permission to enumerate credentials IDs of credentials stored in Jenkins. Those can be used as part of an attack to capture the credentials using another vulnerability. An enumeration of credentials IDs in XebiaLabs XL Release Plugin 22.0.1 requires Overall/Administer permission.
