    Summary: Improper Input Validation in once_cell

    Details: If during the first dereference of Lazy the initialization function panics, subsequent dereferences will execute std::hints::unreachable_unchecked. Applications with panic = "abort" are not affected, as there will be no subsequent dereferences.
