    Summary: hyperscan security update

    Details: Hyperscan is a high-performance multiple regex matching library. It follows the regular expression syntax of the commonly-used libpcre library, but is a standalone library with its own C API. Security Fix(es): Insufficient control flow management in the Hyperscan Library maintained by Intel(R) before version 5.4.1 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable denial of service via local access.(CVE-2023-28711)
