    CVE-2026-66002

    Last Modified: 20 Aug 2026

Frappe is a full-stack web application framework. Prior to 15.115.0 and 16.27.0, the public request-data web form and PersonalDataDownloadRequest class in frappe/website/doctype/personal_data_download_request/personal_data_download_request.py return distinguishable response shapes for registered and unregistered email addresses, including the user_name field and persistence behavior. A remote attacker can compare the responses to enumerate registered users. This issue is fixed in versions 15.115.0 and 16.27.0.

    CVE-2026-66001

    Last Modified: 25 Aug 2026

Frappe is a full-stack web application framework. Prior to 15.114.0 and 16.26.0, the approve and authorize functions in frappe/integrations/oauth2.py allow the OAuth2 consent flow to proceed without restricting approve to POST, without a csrf_token in frappe/templates/includes/oauth_confirmation.html, and without scoping an active OAuth token check to the requesting client. An attacker can cause an authenticated user to approve an OAuth grant or reuse authorization state for the wrong client, exposing data and permitting actions within the granted scopes. This issue is fixed in versions 15.114.0 and 16.26.0.

    CVE-2026-62315

    Last Modified: 20 Aug 2026

Frappe is a full-stack web application framework. In version 16.31.0 and earlier, frappe.client.set_value in frappe/client.py checks a dictionary supplied through the fieldname parameter against forbidden standard and child-table fields before parsing the dictionary into individual field names. An authenticated caller can exploit this type confusion to mass-assign protected fields through the client endpoint. No released fixed version is available as of this review.

    CVE-2026-72854

    Last Modified: 21 Aug 2026

msgpack_unpacker_expand_buffer in src/unpack.c, reached through the public msgpack_unpacker_reserve_buffer API, computes its new buffer size using an unchecked size_t addition of the requested size and the amount already used. The doubling loop guards its own multiplication against overflow, but the addition in the loop condition is unguarded, so a request near SIZE_MAX wraps: the loop condition is already satisfied, the allocation is performed at the small pre-wrap size, and the function returns true. The caller is told the requested capacity was reserved when it was not, so a subsequent write of the requested length overflows the heap buffer. The library's own example/lib_buffer_unpack.c demonstrates the reserve-then-write pattern, and its defensive assert comparing capacity against the request is compiled out under NDEBUG. msgpack-c's own decode entry points do not derive the reservation size from untrusted input, so reaching this requires an integration that passes an attacker-influenced length to the reservation API, such as a length-prefixed streaming transport.

    CVE-2026-72852

    Last Modified: 25 Aug 2026

hank-ai/darknet sizes a convolutional layer's weight and output heap buffers by multiplying configuration fields taken from a .cfg file in unchecked 32-bit int arithmetic. In src-lib/convolutional_layer.cpp, l.nweights is computed as (c / groups) * n * size * size and l.outputs as l.out_h * l.out_w * l.out_c, and both feed xcalloc directly. A .cfg whose true dimension product exceeds INT_MAX wraps to a small or zero value, so the allocation is undersized; for example width and height of 256 with filters of 65536 gives 2^32, which wraps to 0. forward_convolutional_layer then re-derives the GEMM dimensions with a different operand order, computing k as l.size*l.size*l.c / l.groups where the allocation divided before multiplying, and reads and writes through the undersized buffer. Loading the crafted .cfg for inference or training is sufficient and no valid .weights file is required. The reported proof of concept observed a heap buffer overflow read in gemm_nn_fast under AddressSanitizer and glibc allocator metadata corruption in a release build of the same input, indicating an out-of-bounds write.

    Last Modified: 28 Aug 2026

Catalyst::Plugin::Static::Simple versions through 0.38 for Perl mark responses as publicly cacheable. The _serve_static method always sets the Cache-Control header to "public", with no means of overriding it. This advises proxies that the content may be stored in a shared cache, and may be reused in responses to requests from other users. (This includes requests with an Authorization header.) Configuring the expires time to "0" to disable caching, as documented, is ignored.

    CVE-2026-75526

    Last Modified: 20 Aug 2026

django CMS is an easy-to-use and developer-friendly enterprise content management system powered by Django. From 5.0.8 until 5.0.9, ContentRenderer.render_placeholder in cms/plugin_rendering.py can pass stored, attacker-controlled values to ContentRenderer.render_exception when plugin rendering fails in edit mode. Values from get_short_description(), the exception message, the placeholder, or placeholder.source are interpolated into a cms-rendering-exception heading and later returned through mark_safe. Because the heading is not escaped, stored HTML executes in an editor’s browser, and settings.DEBUG does not prevent the custom heading from rendering. The fix uses format_html to escape the message before safe placeholder output is returned. This issue is fixed in versions 5.0.9.

    CVE-2026-63003

    Last Modified: 20 Aug 2026

django CMS is an easy-to-use and developer-friendly enterprise content management system powered by Django. Prior to 5.0.9, page duplication lacks an object-level authorization check on the source page. In cms/admin/forms.py, DuplicatePageForm.source accepts any Page, the AddPageForm constructor does not narrow a hidden source field, AddPageForm.clean does not validate the source against the user, and AddPageForm.save calls from_source. In cms/admin/pageadmin.py, duplicate and PageAdmin.has_add_permission check only whether a staff user may add a page. A crafted source value can therefore copy every placeholder and plugin from an unauthorized page with permissions=False, stripping source view restrictions and exposing content across sites or restricted subtrees when CMS_PERMISSION is enabled. This issue is fixed in versions 5.0.9.

    CVE-2026-61663

    Last Modified: 25 Aug 2026

django CMS is an easy-to-use and developer-friendly enterprise content management system powered by Django. Prior to 5.0.9, render_object_structure fails to authorize non-PageContent objects that use PlaceholderRelationField. An active staff user without cms.use_structure or model-level view or change permission can request the //admin/cms/placeholder/object/<content_type_id>/structure/<object_id>/ endpoint with guessed content_type_id and object_id values. The response discloses placeholder slot names, plugin trees, plugin identifiers, labels, and object existence for frontend-editable objects. The fix applies user_can_view_placeholder_source to the non-PageContent branch while keeping the structure board read-only for view-only users. This issue is fixed in versions 5.0.9.

    CVE-2026-54622

    Last Modified: 20 Aug 2026

django CMS is an easy-to-use and developer-friendly enterprise content management system powered by Django. Prior to 5.0.8, the copy_plugins endpoint in cms/admin/placeholderadmin.py authorizes only the destination clipboard. The _copy_plugin_to_clipboard and _copy_placeholder_to_clipboard paths accept source_placeholder_id and source_plugin_id values but use has_copy_plugins_permission and check_source only for the requesting user’s clipboard, without validating the source placeholder. Under CMS_PERMISSION, a staff user with the global add permission for a plugin type can copy plugins from an unauthorized page or placeholder into the user’s clipboard and read secret text, link names, and URLs. This issue is fixed in versions 5.0.8.

django CMS is an easy-to-use and developer-friendly enterprise content management system powered by Django. Prior to 5.0.8, render_object_structure in cms/views.py renders cms/toolbar/structure.html for a PageContent object without calling user_can_view_page(). Any staff account can request a restricted page’s structure when CMS_PERMISSION is enabled and the page has view restrictions or CMS_PUBLIC_FOR is set to staff. CVE-2026-54623

    Last Modified: 20 Aug 2026

django CMS is an easy-to-use and developer-friendly enterprise content management system powered by Django. Prior to 5.0.8, the move_plugin endpoint in cms/admin/placeholderadmin.py accepts an attacker-controlled plugin_parent value without rejecting a plugin’s own identifier or a descendant identifier. A staff user with plugin-change permission under CMS_PERMISSION can create a parent_id cycle in the plugin tree. The _get_descendants_cte and _get_ancestors_cte queries in cms/models/pluginmodel.py have no cycle guard, so get_descendants() and later rendering, copy, or delete operations can recurse indefinitely or reach a database recursion limit, corrupting the tree and consuming request workers. This issue is fixed in versions 5.0.8.

    CVE-2026-54625

    Last Modified: 20 Aug 2026

django CMS is a content management system powered by Django. Prior to 5.0.8 and in 5.1.0a1, the django CMS page cache in cms/cache/page.py ignores request headers declared by plugins through get_vary_cache_on(). The _page_cache_key function includes the cache prefix, site, language, path, and timezone but not the declared header values. Although set_page_cache adds those names to the response Vary header, get_page_cache retrieves the first stored variant under the same header-agnostic key. When CMS_PAGE_CACHE is enabled and a plugin varies content on a header such as Country-Code, one visitor can receive another visitor’s request-specific content, and an unauthenticated attacker can prime the cache with attacker-chosen content. This issue is fixed in versions 5.0.8 and 5.1.0.

    CVE-2026-63385

    Last Modified: 21 Aug 2026

Libevent is an event notification library. Prior to 2.1.13 and 2.2.2-alpha, libevent has two HTTP parsing weaknesses in http.c. evhttp_decode_uri_internal decodes percent-encoded %00 bytes into literal NUL characters, which can cause downstream C string operations to truncate a path and bypass validation performed on a different representation. evhttp_header_is_valid_value also accepts obsolete line folding in header values containing carriage return or line feed characters, allowing a proxy and libevent to interpret headers differently and enabling header injection or access control bypass. The CRLF header acceptance is fixed in versions 2.1.13 and 2.2.2-alpha, but the reviewed patches do not clearly remediate the URI NUL-truncation condition.

    CVE-2026-63379

    Last Modified: 25 Aug 2026

Libevent is an event notification library. Prior to 2.1.13 and 2.2.2-alpha, libevent processes chunked HTTP trailers in http.c through evhttp_read_trailer and merges them into request headers. The fix introduces evhttp_parse_headers_impl_ and a temporary trailer header list. An unauthenticated remote attacker can place security-sensitive fields in trailers so that an upstream proxy and the libevent application interpret different effective headers, enabling header smuggling, authorization bypass, proxy-header spoofing, or cache poisoning. The fix parses trailers into a temporary header list and discards them instead of merging them into req->input_headers. This issue is fixed in versions 2.1.13 and 2.2.2-alpha.

    CVE-2026-63387

    Last Modified: 25 Aug 2026

Libevent is an event notification library. Prior to 2.1.13 and 2.2.2-alpha, libevent has an off-by-one stack buffer overflow in evdns.c when dnsname_to_labels formats a name-bearing DNS record at the end of the 64 KB stack buffer allocated by evdns_server_request_format_response. The final-label check permits j plus label_len plus one to equal buf_len, after which the terminating null byte is written to buf[buf_len]. A crafted DNS server response containing PTR, CNAME, MX, NS, or SOA data can trigger the one-byte out-of-bounds write and crash or corrupt the process. This issue is fixed in versions 2.1.13 and 2.2.2-alpha.

Libevent is an event notification library. Prior to 2.1.13 and 2.2.2-alpha, libevent has an incorrect integer conversion in event_tagging.c when evtag_unmarshal_header uses evtag_decode_int to decode an attacker-controlled uint32 payload length and returns it as a signed int. Values above INT_MAX become negative or truncated, and evtag_unmarshal_string can use the converted value in allocation sizing, producing a wrapped large allocation request and denial of service. Prior to 2.2.2-alpha, libevent can dereference invalid list pointers in ws.c when evws_new_session enters its error path after evhttp_start_ws_ succeeds but bufferevent_enable_locking_ fails. evws_connection_free sees a non-null http_server and unconditionally calls TAILQ_REMOVE even though the session was never inserted into http_server->ws_sessions. CVE-2026-63382

    Last Modified: 21 Aug 2026

Libevent is an event notification library. Prior to 2.1.13 and 2.2.2-alpha, the libevent evhttp parser in http.c inconsistently handles duplicate Transfer-Encoding headers, comma-separated Transfer-Encoding values, and bare line feeds in chunked framing. evhttp_find_header can select only the first header, evhttp_check_transfer_encoding_ was absent so the previous whole-string comparison fails to recognize valid lists ending in chunked, and evhttp_handle_chunked_read uses EVBUFFER_EOL_CRLF rather than EVBUFFER_EOL_CRLF_STRICT, accepting bare LF chunk terminators. When libevent is deployed behind a proxy that frames the same request differently, an unauthenticated remote attacker can desynchronize request boundaries and smuggle a second request, potentially bypassing access controls or poisoning caches. This issue is fixed in versions 2.1.13 and 2.2.2-alpha.

Prior to 2.1.13 and 2.2.2-alpha, libevent has a use-after-free in buffer.c when evbuffer_add_buffer_reference processes an output buffer whose out_total_len is zero. evbuffer_free_all_chains frees the initial empty chain without resetting outbuf->first, outbuf->last, or outbuf->last_with_datap, and APPEND_CHAIN_MULTICAST subsequently dereferences the dangling chain pointer. A caller that can drive this buffer state can cause memory corruption or a process crash. This issue is fixed in versions 2.1.13 and 2.2.2-alpha.

A fragmented evbuffer containing a six-byte malformed tag can therefore advance past the pullup window and trigger an out-of-bounds read, which can crash a process that decodes attacker-controlled tagged RPC data. Release builds compiled with NDEBUG disable the EVUTIL_ASSERT length guard, and the evhttp accept path can pass a 110-byte sockaddr from accept() into the 28-byte field. Prior to version 7.22, an on-path network attacker with a wildcard certificate for a parent domain can impersonate deeper subdomains to a client using the built-in TLS stack. The mg_tls_verify_cert_san() and mg_tls_verify_cert_cn() functions in src/tls_builtin.c call mg_match(), whose wildcard can cross DNS label boundaries, so a pattern such as *.example.com can match foo.bar.example.com. Prior to 7.22, a remote unauthenticated attacker can exploit an HTTP/1.0 reverse-proxy deployment by sending a request with Transfer-Encoding: chunked and conflicting framing. The http_cb() function in src/http.c tests hm.proto.len with an impossible greater-than-eight condition even though mg_http_parse() requires an eight-byte protocol string, so is_http_1_0 is never set. Priro to version 7.22, a remote unauthenticated attacker can send an HTTP request containing both Content-Length and Transfer-Encoding: chunked. The cl_count and te_count checks in the mg_http_parse() and http_cb() paths in src/http.c accept both headers and prioritize chunked encoding, while a Content-Length-preferring reverse proxy can use a different request boundary. This CL.TE desynchronization can inject requests that access or modify resources in another user context. This issue is fixed in version 7.22.

    CVE-2026-53424

    Last Modified: 21 Aug 2026

Authentication Bypass by Capture-replay vulnerability in dropbox samly allows an attacker to authenticate as the subject of a captured SAML assertion by resubmitting it. Samly.Helper.decode_idp_auth_resp/3 in lib/samly/helper.ex calls esaml_sp:validate_assertion/2, whose default duplicate detector is a no-op. The /3 arity accepting a DuplicateFun exists in esaml and implements the check, but Samly never calls it and offers no configuration to supply one, so the SAML 2.0 Web Browser SSO Profile requirement that a bearer assertion be used once is unenforced. An attacker holding a valid SAMLResponse obtained from the network, from browser history, or from logs can submit the identical bytes repeatedly until the assertion's NotOnOrAfter passes, each time establishing a session as the assertion's subject. This issue affects samly: from 0.3.0 onward.

    CVE-2026-53425

    Last Modified: 21 Aug 2026

Insufficient Verification of Data Authenticity vulnerability in dropbox samly allows an attacker to establish an authenticated session using a SAML response the service provider never requested. Samly.SPHandler.validate_authresp/3 in lib/samly/sp_handler.ex validates a SAML response for the SP-initiated flow by comparing only the RelayState value, the IdP identifier, and the presence of a target URL held in the session. It never compares SubjectConfirmationData/@InResponseTo against the ID of the AuthnRequest the service provider issued, and that request ID is never persisted, so no comparison is possible. SAML 2.0 Core section 4.1.4.3 requires a service provider to reject a response whose InResponseTo does not match a request it made. The underlying esaml library checks status, signature, recipient, audience, and staleness, but likewise never inspects InResponseTo, so nothing else closes the gap. Exploitation requires a validly signed assertion from the trusted IdP, which an attacker can obtain for their own account, and a RelayState matching the victim's session; the assertion signature itself remains intact, so this is not a signature-forgery issue. This issue affects samly: from 0.3.0 onward.

    CVE-2026-66788

    Last Modified: 3 Sept 2026

A flaw was found in Lighthouse. A remote attacker, by compromising a spoke cluster, can exploit a vulnerability where the destination namespace for resource injection is derived from an attacker-controlled label or annotation on the broker object. This allows the attacker to inject unauthorized EndpointSlices and ServiceImports into any namespace on peer clusters, including critical system namespaces like kube-system and openshift-*. This could lead to privilege escalation or other forms of system compromise within the cluster.

    CVE-2026-66787

    Last Modified: 3 Sept 2026

A flaw was found in the lighthouse component of Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes. This vulnerability stems from insufficient validation of advertised IP addresses within EndpointSlice objects. A compromised spoke cluster can exploit this by creating EndpointSlices with attacker-controlled IP addresses, causing other clusters' lighthouse DNS to redirect legitimate service traffic to malicious endpoints. This enables a remote attacker to conduct transparent Man-in-the-Middle (MITM) attacks on cross-cluster service communications, potentially leading to unauthorized information disclosure and data manipulation.

    CVE-2026-66785

    Last Modified: 3 Sept 2026

A flaw was found in Submariner. This vulnerability allows a malicious cluster (spoke) to redirect network traffic from other connected clusters (peer clusters) by publishing a specially crafted network endpoint. The system fails to properly validate the network subnets provided by the malicious cluster, enabling it to declare arbitrary network ranges. Consequently, all network traffic intended for these arbitrary ranges from peer clusters will be rerouted through the attacker's tunnel, potentially leading to unauthorized information disclosure or network disruption.

    CVE-2026-72847

    Last Modified: 21 Aug 2026

broot renders each file and directory name in its interactive tree view exactly as read from the filesystem. Names are converted with a plain to_string_lossy() call in src/tree_build/builder.rs and in TreeLine::unprune in src/tree/tree_line.rs, and no control-character filtering exists anywhere in the code, even though the doc comment on the TreeLine name field states that some characters may have been stripped. Any local user who can create a file can therefore place an escape sequence in its name and have it written unmodified to the terminal of anyone who browses that directory, between broot's own styling codes. A reported proof of concept used an OSC 52 clipboard-write sequence and captured the raw bytes broot wrote to its pty, confirming the sequence reaches the terminal unstripped. What an injected OSC or CSI sequence can then do depends on the terminal emulator in use. Browsing a directory is broot's primary function and carries no expectation that the content is trusted.

    CVE-2026-72844

    Last Modified: 21 Aug 2026

The Lean 4 kernel does not verify that the structure named in a projection expression matches the type of the value being projected, and environment::add_inductive in src/kernel/inductive.cpp did not type check the nested inductive applications that are replaced by auxiliary types, so their parametric arguments escaped checking. A metaprogram running in the Lean process can register an ill-typed nested inductive whose constructor applies a .proj C 0 projection to a value of the unrelated type W, and the kernel admits the declaration through the ordinary checked addDecl path at maximum kernel checking, without sorry, unsafeCast, debug.skipKernelTC, addDeclWithoutChecking, FFI, or a modified .olean file. The result is a type confusion yielding a proof of False that carries no axioms, from which any proposition can be derived. The published proof of concept additionally pads two expressions until their hashes and approximate depths collide, which defeats kernel caching; that is the technique used to reach the flaw, not its cause. Exploitation requires running a metaprogram in-process, for example by building a project or importing a malicious Lake dependency.

    CVE-2026-54136

    Last Modified: 21 Aug 2026

Windmill is an open-source developer platform for internal code: APIs, background jobs, workflows and UIs. Prior to 1.715.0, a resource-scoped API token could read script contents outside its allowed path scope through GET /api/w/{workspace}/scripts/list_search. The route-level scope middleware validated the token domain and action but did not enforce the resource/path segment, and the list_search_scripts handler had no additional check_scopes call or per-row filtering before returning script path and content fields. A token such as scripts:read:f/allowed/* could therefore receive source code for unrelated paths in the same workspace, potentially disclosing internal automation logic, integration details, business logic, inline configuration, or hardcoded secrets and credentials. Exploitation required possession of a valid scoped API token for the workspace but did not require administrator privileges. This issue is fixed in version 1.715.0.
